Palermo Airport Terminal

Falcone Borsellino Airport or Palermo Airport is the main international gateway to Palermo in Sicily.

Palermo Airport has a single passenger terminal, which hosts both arrivals and departures.

Levels

Palermo Airport Terminal is split into following levels:

Basement level/ Ground Level 

Find in the basement level the railway station and the ticket office.

Access to the ground level, first and second level by escalators and lifts.

First level

This is the Arrivals level.

Find the baggage claim, the tourist information counter, the lost and found, security offices and many more services such as food and drink concessions.

Ground transportation options are also available here (bus, taxi, car rental).

Second level

Departures level. Check-in counters 2 to 8 and 9 to 15 (Schengen) and boarding gates 2-8.

Both Schengen and non-Schengen flights departures are hosted here.

Find check-in counters 9 to 15 (Schengen), 6 and 18 to 20 (including passport control for non-Schengen flights), and boarding gates 9 to 20.
